Su Heera’s journey into the world of jewellery began with months of dedicated research to find the finest artisans who could join our in-house team. Rather than reselling pieces from third-party suppliers, Su was passionate about designing each item herself and bringing those designs to life with skilled makers who work directly with us. 

This hands-on approach allows us to fully customise our jewellery and co-create new designs alongside our brides- from initial inspiration to detailed sketches. As a family-run business, this personal touch is at the heart of everything we do.

Our artisans are based in Italy, which gives us a perfect blend of craftsmanship and efficiency. Custom pieces are completed in just three weeks and can be in-store within three days. With no language barriers or third-party delays, we deliver a seamless, trusted experience- done right the first time.
